If you have a question or some feedback about the event the answer to your query may be found in our Frequently Asked Questions section or on each of the individual event pages.  You can reach these pages by clicking on the small picture on the left hand side of the home page. Please check these places in the first instance.

Each event web page provides information on registration details and pack pick up, timing chips, entry confirmation, late entries, event day information such as cut off times, safety briefing times, prize giving, race day transport including parking, gear tents as well as post race information such as results, photos and post event entertainment.

If you don’t find the answer to your query there are two the ways you can contact us:

Option 1: Please complete the fill in form below. This will be emailed to one of our team and you should expect a response within 24 hours.  Please note that two days prior to an event (see event dates on the home page) we are out of the office so please contact us on the cell phone number below during that time.

Option 2: If your query is more urgent you can contact us in the office between 9:00am-4:00pm Monday - Friday.  If you are calling within two days of an event please contact us on the cell phone number below.
