Anyone who wants is welcome to join. We have a vast range of abilities from 53mins - 1:23 Harbour Crossing times. Cost $8 with specialist coach, Stephen Farrell, on kayak. Meet Fridays 9:00 - 9:10am bottom of The Strand by toilet blocks in Takapuna. Coffee afterwards is always optional :-)

Hi Arvin NHTC swim on weekends - 8am from the boat ramp. They are a great bunch and will welcome any one to their group. Try contacting NHTC or check out their website http://www.nhtc.org.nz/ for training locations etc.
