West wave training squad

Gidday, am wanting to join a training squad with the aim of eventually having a go at ocean swim competitions. Is there anyone here who trains at westwave in henderson ?. I have a blue70 wetsuit to train with ,do i need anything else ?..thanks in advance. Adrian.

Hi there yep I train there the squads are great Sue is a brilliant instructor and friend she has seen me through 9 races this year not inc. the beach series on Tuesdays. Not only that she can do what she teaches. The squad is 6 to 7 and 7 to 8 thurs and 6 to 7, 1 to 2 tues. Phone west wave on 8383706 for details. All you need is togs. All the best Frank
