I have never done an ocean swim before and at the moment only swim in the pool. Posted on 27/02/2009 at 00:48Hello, I am on the way to move to AKL, will arrive end of March and already start looking for a group to train/learn ocean swimming in wetsuit. I just guess I should get used to that since I like to swim as long as the weather and waves wont draw me. I am not an athletic or so, just swim for pleasure. The longest distance was the Lake Zurich crossing (1.5 km gentle water) , but who knwos the lake knows that is not a big deal. Thankfull for help, Heidelbergsonne. |
